FOUR POINTS SAVANNAH, GA
The Four Points by Sheraton is a luxurious 127-room hotel nestled in the heart of historic downtown Savannah. This remarkable facility features elegantly designed guest rooms, versatile conference spaces, a restaurant with a delightful dining area, an inviting lobby, and dedicated staff offices. With construction costs exceeding $10 million, this project exemplifies exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Waters Mechanical proudly served as the HVAC subcontractor, while Pinkerton & Laws led the project as the general contractor.
HAMPTON INN & SUITES JEKYLL ISLAND, GA
Hampton Inn & Suites is a 138-room hotel that debuted in January 2010 as the first new hotel on the island in 35 years. Proudly standing among the first eco-friendly accommodations in Jekyll Island, Georgia, this hotel combines modern comfort with environmental consciousness. Pinkerton & Laws skillfully managed the project as the general contractor, while Waters Mechanical, Inc. provided top-notch HVAC services.
GEORGIA VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK LAKE BLACKSHEAR RESORT CORDELE, GA
The HVAC and roof replacement project at Lake Blackshear Resort in Georgia Veterans Memorial Park was completed for approximately $1.4 million. As General Contractor, Waters Mechanical, Inc. managed the HVAC replacement across eight villas, the conference center, and the hotel. The project included removing outdated units and installing new fan coil units, rooftop package units, mini-split systems, chillers with pumps, and a make-up air unit, along with all necessary electrical and construction work.
SAVANNAH TECHNICAL COLLEGE AVIATION TRAINING CENTER SAVANNAH, GA
The newly built Savannah Technical College Aviation Training Center is a state-of-the-art facility spanning 29,152 square feet. This innovative center includes a spacious 5,000-square-foot hangar complete with a hoist, alongside four dedicated training labs and six modern classrooms, all situated adjacent to a tarmac at the Crossroads Campus. Pope Construction of Statesboro served as the general contractor for this impressive project, while Waters Mechanical, Inc. was responsible for the HVAC subcontracting.
PARKVIEW HIGH SCHOOL LILBURN, GA
HVAC renovations at Parkview High School were completed for about $1 million, with Waters Mechanical, Inc. as the General Contractor. The upgrades included removing outdated heating and ventilation units and replacing rooftop units in the cafeteria. New installations featured roof-mounted, gas-fired air conditioning units in the gymnasiums, along with necessary electrical and construction work, enhancing the school's comfort and functionality.
WARE COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL WAYCROSS, GA
Waters Mechanical, Inc. successfully executed HVAC modifications at Ware County High School, enhancing the climate control throughout the entire building with a cost of approximately $2.7 million. Parrish Construction served as the general contractor for this comprehensive project, while Waters Mechanical acted as the HVAC subcontractor. This upgrade ensures a comfortable and efficient environment for students and faculty alike.
MARSHPOINT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WHITEMARSH ISLAND, GA
Waters Mechanical, Inc. successfully completed the HVAC and fire alarm replacement project at Marshpoint Elementary School, with a total cost of approximately $2 million. As the general contractor, Waters Mechanical managed the comprehensive HVAC upgrades throughout the school, which involved removing existing heating and ventilation units, exhaust fans, supply fans, controls, light fixtures, and portions of the electrical service. The new installations included water source heat pumps, a cooling tower, a water heater, a heat exchanger, and boilers, all equipped with new pumps. Additionally, Waters Mechanical handled all associated electrical, control, piping, and general construction work, ensuring a modern and efficient environment for students and staff.
GLADDEN MIDDLE SCHOOL CHATSWORTH, GA
Waters Mechanical, Inc. played a key role in the modernization of Gladden Middle School, focusing on enhancing the HVAC systems throughout the facility. This significant project was managed by Ra-Lin & Associates, Inc. of Carrollton, with Waters Mechanical serving as the HVAC subcontractor. The upgrades ensure improved comfort and efficiency for students and staff in the school environment.
JOSEPH MARTIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL HINESVILLE, GA
Waters Mechanical, Inc. successfully completed HVAC upgrades at Joseph Martin Elementary School with a total cost of approximately $2.4 million. As the general contractor for this project, Waters Mechanical oversaw the comprehensive replacement of HVAC systems throughout the school. The scope of work included the removal of outdated heating and ventilation units, boilers, exhaust fans, controls, suspended ceilings, and segments of the electrical service, enhancing the overall comfort and efficiency of the educational environment.
WARREN COUNTY CAREER ACADEMY WARRENTON, GA
The old High School in Warrenton has been transformed into the new Warren County Career Academy. This revitalization project involved demolition of the existing structure. Waters Mechanical, Inc. played a crucial role by installing a new HVAC system throughout the facility. The project was managed by Pope Construction of Statesboro, with Waters Mechanical, Inc. serving as the dedicated HVAC subcontractor
INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT CENTER GWINNETT COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION SUWANEE, GA
The HVAC renovations and modifications at the Instructional Support Center were successfully completed with a cost of approximately $660,000. Waters Mechanical, Inc. served as the General Contractor for this extensive project, which included the removal of existing rooftop HVAC units using a helicopter and a 275-ton crane to accommodate the 175,208 square foot facility. The scope of work also encompassed necessary upgrades to electrical systems, controls, and piping.
COLLINS HILL HIGH SCHOOL, WALNUT GROVE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, TAYLOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL & JACKSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GWINNETT COUNTY, GA
HVAC renovations at Collins Hill High School, Walnut Grove Elementary, Taylor Elementary, and Jackson Elementary Schools were completed for about $1,200,000. Waters Mechanical, Inc. served as the General Contractor for upgrades in five gymnasiums, removing outdated heating, ventilation units, and other equipment. New installations included roof-mounted, gas-fired air conditioning units, along with necessary electrical, control, roofing, piping, and general construction work.
